Booking and payment through Fresha
Appointments, memberships, packages and gift cards are booked and paid for through Fresha, a third-party booking platform. Your use of Fresha is also subject to Fresha's own Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for the Fresha platform, but we are happy to help if you have a problem with your booking. Please give accurate contact details when you book so we can reach you about your appointment.
Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation, rescheduling or no-show terms that apply to your appointment are shown when you book on Fresha and in your booking confirmation. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Prices and promotions
